Intro to Meditation

This workshop will introduce the basics of insight (Vipassana) meditation, and provide simple yet meaningful ways to bring mindfulness into your daily life. Together we will discuss common misconceptions about meditation, play with different ways to focus awareness, and observe thoughts and emotions as they arise. By the end of this workshop, you will have the knowledge and community support to begin your own unique meditation journey. All levels of curiosity and experience are welcome!
